The Arts Fund is pleased to present... the opening of My Friend is SAD, an exhibition of drawings, printmaking, 3D pieces and wordplay, produced during a week-long studio intensive, exploring ideas around demystifying sadness. A reception will be held at The Arts Fund Community Gallery on Friday, May 10th from 5-9pm. The exhibition will feature artwork by creative duo, Claudia Borfiga and Matthew Head.

My Friend is Sad is a project built upon the understanding that everyone experiences low moments, but that we’re not always great at talking about it. We hope to build a relatable and stimulating experience, all about human connection, that encourages the public to check in on themselves and those who surround them.

- Claudia Borfiga and Matthew Head
