Introducing a new collaborative media project!

Updated: Apr 17, 2020

Here at The Arts Fund, we are feeling the weight of uncertainty and isolation brought on by the outbreak of COVID-19. In hopes of sharing bits of encouragement during this time, we are launching “Coping Creatively Through COVID-19,” an initiative to share activities that are helping our community stay creative and grounded through this period of social distancing and the crisis at large.

The media initiative will feature submitted photos or videos (from people like YOU) of creative practices in the hopes of encouraging each other, offering solidarity, & celebrating our community. Whether you have a creative hobby or are a professional artist, we would love for you to share your activities with us! Submissions may be featured on Instagram, Facebook, or our blog.

Please fill out this survey to participate, and share with us how the outbreak of COVID-19 has affected you, the steps you are taking to make art and creativity a priority during this time, and how these practices are helping you to cope with the uncertainty brought on by this crisis. In addition to the survey, send photos or videos of you and your creative activities to info@artsfundsb.org. We also encourage you to share your activities on your own social media pages with the hashtag #copingcreatively to spread the spirit of the initiative.

Submissions will be accepted and shared from April 3 - April 24.

The Arts Fund is looking forward to hearing how you are Coping Creatively and hopes for the health and safety of our community during this time.
